Trees are our best friends

                  " Trees are like saints , we throw stones , 

                    they give us fruits "

                    It is true that trees are a boon to mankind   .They are connected with human life . Without trees we can't imagine human life . It is said that , "A friend in need is a friend indeed" . 

                Trees are our true and best friends . They are very useful to us in many ways . They keep the environment clean and beautiful.  They take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen . They also keep environment control . Our life will be in danger . 

                      "प्रकृतिरेव शरणम्" । 

               Trees give us fruits , vegetables, flowers , gum , rubber and medicine too. They also give us wood and water . The  paper is made from the trees . Trees also give food and shelter for birds and animals. Gov.  also understand the importance of trees.  It is wise saying ,     

                  " Save the trees and the trees will save you " 

              Trees give life to the world's popularity and wildlife.  Trees clean the air and water   . Trees give us oxygen to breathe . So , Trees have its importance. It also makes our environment green and safe . It protects us from global warming and climate change. So , I say that , 

                Trees are wonderful creation of God

                   Today , the word Yoga is very popular worldwide. Yoga is an ancient Physics, Mental and Spiritual Practice. It is originated in India . The word Yoga derived from Sanskrit. It means union and discipline.It is a breathing exercise. It makes the perfect posture of the body . It makes a better digestive system. 

                Yoga is a form of exercise and meditation. It is important for our health. "International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June every year.  Yoga encourages a positive and healthy lifestyle for the body .            

                     "योग: कर्मसु कौशलम्" । 

             Basically , Yoga is an ancient art that connects the mind and body . The Yoga Sutras are most credited source of yoga.  It was written by Patanjali. He was the father of Yoga . It's helps us in many ways     .           

                

       There are multiple asanas in Yoga , such as Bhujangasana , Trikonasana , Dhanurasana etc .Everyone should  practice Yoga regularly to live a healthy, happy and peaceful life.  Moreover , Yoga help us to keep control of our body.  It is a channel for releasing our stress and anxiety . 

                                 " Yoga is the fountain of youth"
